Natalia is Human Resources Manager at Purus.

Natalia has 17 years' experience in human resources management. Before joining Purus, she was HR Manager for commodities trading firm Czarnikow Group for eleven years, including four years in a global HR management capacity covering eleven global offices. Natalia was also part of the HR team of British Petroleum for four years, and worked for two years for Pacific Hydro, an Australian wind energy group.

Natalia is an associate member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development in the UK and holds an MBA in Human Resources and Leadership from FGV University in Sao Paulo, Brazil.
