           Purus has marked another significant milestone with the addition of its newest Construction/Service Operation Vessel (C/SOV), Purus Coriolis, to its growing fleet. The delivery follows a successful naming ceremony held in Vietnam on the 12th of March, celebrating the vessel’s completion at Vard Vung Tau shipyard. 
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
        
            The vessel’s delivery was formally recognised in Singapore, underscoring Purus’s continued commitment to advancing offshore infrastructure operations through innovative and green solutions. 
           &#xD;
      &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           The VARD 4 19 design is positioned as a “route to net-zero vessel”. Short term this includes a hybrid propulsion system and operational efficiency with IMO Tier 3 compliance, leading to an immediate reduction in emissions. The electrification of key systems such as the fully electric walk-to-work gangway enables quiet, zero-emission personnel transfer in operation. The electric motion-compensated crane (ECMC) is more efficient and lower-emission than hydraulic alternatives. This reduces both fuel use and onboard noise pollution. 
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           Looking ahead, the vessel is methanol-ready, with the option to increase battery capacity, and in the long-term leverages digitalisation and further electrification to optimise performance and support advanced ESG reporting.

  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;

           Purus Coriolis joins sister vessel Purus Chinook and will be followed later this year by a Damen 9020 C/SOV, further expanding the company’s offshore infrastructure capabilities. The growing fleet supports efficient and more sustainable operations while maintaining high performance.

           Purus has placed an order for a 180,000 cbm Liquified Natural Gas carrier (LNGC) from Hyundai Heavy Industries in South Korea. Upon delivery in Q4 2027, the vessel will enter a long-term charter with a leading energy company.

    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
        
             
           &#xD;
      &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           This latest order brings Purus’s current newbuilding program to a total of ten gas carriers under construction at Hyundai Group-affiliated shipyards. 
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
        
             
           &#xD;
      &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           Equipped with advanced dual-fuel propulsion and optimised to utilise natural gas boil-off as fuel, the vessel can deliver up to a 25% reduction in CO₂ emissions and approximately 85% lower NOₓ emissions compared to conventional marine fuels. The use of LNG also ensures negligible SOₓ output and substantially reduced particulate matter, supporting cleaner operations in emission control areas. Designed for long-term efficiency and regulatory compliance, the vessel will surpass EEDI Phase III requirements and incorporate performance-optimizing features – including a twin skeg highly optimized hull design – to enhance fuel economy and propulsion efficiency.

           Purus, a leading provider of maritime services for the offshore wind industry, has celebrated the official naming of Purus Chinook, the first of two recently ordered VARD 419 commissioning service operation vessels (CSOVs), at a ceremony held on 8 May 2025 in London.

           Attended by stakeholders including representatives from Vard, Vestas, and DNV, along with government MPs and industry partners, the ceremony marked a key milestone for Purus as it expands its support for the offshore wind industry and the wider clean energy transition. At the event, DNV formally presented plaques for Purus Chinook’s Cyber Secure Essential and COMF-V1 notations - both significant achievements that set the vessel apart in terms of digital resilience and onboard crew comfort.

The battery-hybrid CSOV is methanol-ready and equipped with a fully electric walk-to-work gangway, offering a quiet, zero-emissions personnel transfer capability. Its hybrid propulsion system enables flexible, energy-efficient operations, while onboard tanks are prepped for future use of low-emission methanol fuel. 
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;

    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;

           Purpose-built for offshore environments, the vessel is equipped with a 3D motion-compensated crane, an 18-metre helideck, and a next-generation Chartwell daughter craft built in the UK by Diverse Marine, enabling high performance and safe personnel transfers even in challenging marine environments. Its optimised hull form and advanced dynamic positioning system further enhance operational safety, efficiency, and resilience. It is also among the first vessels of its kind to carry DNV’s Cyber Secure Essential notation, protecting critical onboard digital infrastructure.

This achievement follows

            Purus is thrilled to announce the appointment of Håkon Vevang as Chief Commercial Officer. In this strategic role, Håkon will oversee the commercial chartering and sale &amp;amp; purchase operations for both our gas and offshore wind divisions.

           Purus, a leading provider of maritime services for the offshore wind industry, is pleased to announce the signing of a multi-year service contract with Vestas. The contract will utilise Purus’s newbuild C/SOV, Purus Chinook, which is currently under construction in Vard’s shipyard in Norway.

  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;

           The contract with Vestas will commence immediately after the vessel’s launch in 2025.

           The cutting-edge vessel design ensures it will meet the highest industry standards for offshore service, safety and latest hybrid battery technology to lower emissions and reduce engine hours. The Purus Chinook has the capacity to house up to 120 people at industry leading comfort-class and sea-keeping standards, and also offers an all-electric gangway, 18-metre helideck, 5+ tonne 3D motion compensated crane and next-generation Chartwell 12 passenger daughter craft.

           Purus has placed an order for two 45,000 cbm dual fuel ammonia-ready medium-sized gas carriers (MGC) from Hyundai Mipo Dockyard in South Korea. The vessels will deliver in 2027.

The fleet consists of three 40,000 cbm MGCs currently in operation, along with four additional 45,000 cbm MGCs set to be delivered in 2025 and 2026. Notably, one of our MGCs has already successfully completed a ship-to-ship transfer of ammonia, showcasing our operational capabilities.

Prior to this, Luke spent almost 4 years at Technip in their UK Business Unit after coming ashore having served 15 years at sea.

However, these new fuels and cargoes will bring new distribution challenges for our customers, which the alliance seeks to address through the application of bespoke floating offshore storage terminals. The Clean Energy FSO can offer greater flexibility and speed-to-market than conventional onshore storage tanks, accelerating the global energy transition.

           Purus, a leading provider of maritime services for the gas transport and offshore wind industries, successfully completed its first ship-to-ship (STS) transfer of ammonia from Purus’s Medium-size Gas Carrier (MGC), Green Power. The vessel is on time charter to Trafigura, a market leader in the global commodities industry.

  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
            
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           Initiated by Trafigura, approximately 6,000 metric tonnes of ammonia (NH3) was safely transferred between Green Power and a Small Gas Carrier. The ammonia was supplied by CF Industries and received by Fertiberia. The transfer took place in international waters close to the port of Ceuta in the Strait of Gibraltar.

  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
            
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
        
            Green Power is one of three Purus 40,000 cbm modern MGCs safely handling ammonia today. Together with four 45,000 cbm MGC newbuilds delivering in 2025 and 2026, Purus is a leading owner and operator of MGCs for ammonia transport.            Purus, a leading shipowner and operator in offshore wind, is proud to announce the acquisition of the Service Operation Vessel (SOV) from Edda Wind to join its fleet of construction/service operation vessels (C/SOVs) and crew transfer vessels (CTVs). The vessel will be renamed Purus Horizon.

           Purus Horizon will support the lifecycle of offshore wind farms across Europe by providing safe access to both fixed-foundation and floating wind turbine generators for construction and maintenance.

           This is a versatile vessel that can perform a variety of tasks during the construction and operations phases, including transporting components, providing accommodation and walk to work services for offshore personnel, and serving as a platform for crane operations.

  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;

Alan has 20 years of offshore and onshore maritime experience, including working as Fleet Supervision Senior Manager at BW LPG, Marine Operations Manager at Total.

            The wind division of Purus, based in Swansea, is leveraging Reygar’s BareFLEET technology to understand and report on the performance of its hybrid Crew Transfer Vessels (CTVs).

  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;

    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
        
            Purus’s commitment to provide low-carbon vessel solutions to the clean energy industry aligns with the international offshore wind sector’s aims to reduce vessel emissions and fuel burn, thereby driving down the overall carbon footprint of building and operating offshore wind farms.
           &#xD;
      &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;

            The company currently has four hybrid CTVs in operation with three more soon to enter service, all of which have BareFLEET installed. These vessels are a mix of both controllable and fixed pitch propeller systems that take power from either a high-efficiency electric motor or the main engine, allowing them to operate near silently and with zero emissions in electric only mode.
           &#xD;
      &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;

  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;

           Christopher Monan – Chief Operations Officer of the CTV division of Purus said:

           “We recognise the value of gathering and sharing accurate performance data from our vessels. It supports the company in winning new contracts and enables us to build lasting customer relationships. We have seen reductions in main engine operation of around 50% on our hybrid vessels, which has the holistic benefits of lowering fuel consumption, emissions and noise when in harbour, as well as lengthening service intervals. Being able to demonstrate these efficiency gains with clear and concise performance data is of utmost importance to nurture trust with both new and existing charterer clients, whilst also providing them with essential evidence for their own environmental reporting.”
          &#xD;

          &#xD;

           New features, developed by Reygar within the BareFLEET technology package, allow Purus to closely monitor the performance of hybrid vessels including, for example, a breakdown of electric versus diesel power consumption whilst carrying out different tasks offshore. BareFLEET also monitors the electrical power consumption of the hybrid drive, with specific usage and performance statistics now included alongside conventional diesel engine performance data. These features enable Purus to evaluate the environmental performance of hybrid CTVs against conventional vessels and to make adjustments for further improvement.
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;

           Purus, a leading provider of low-carbon offshore wind vessels, is pleased to announce the appointment of Oliver MacManus as general manager, with immediate effect. 
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;

           Within this new role, Mr. MacManus will focus on overseeing the running of the construction/service operation vessels (“C/SOV”) division. He will also work more broadly on developing and implementing growth strategies whilst ensuring best-in-class service and client retention. The appointment is integral to positioning Purus for future growth as the business continues to expand its fleet of next-generation battery hybrid C/SOVs and crew transfer vessels (“CTVs”).

           Mr. MacManus has over 10 years’ experience in the offshore wind industry, previously holding positions with several leading developers and OEM suppliers. He has worked as a CTV vessel master before moving to various offshore SOV coordination and management roles. Onshore, MacManus has held roles as a marine coordination lead and marine operations manager. His experience includes tenures with companies including GE Renewable Energy, SMC (Specialist Marine Consultants) and E-ON. Mr. MacManus holds an MCA Certificate of Competency along with ISM lead auditor (Lloyds) and vessel inspection (IMCA AVI) accreditation. 
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;

           In May 2023, Purus signed a contract for two battery hybrid C/SOVs with VARD. The order followed one for eight battery hybrid and methanol-ready wind farm operation vessels from Damen, and three battery hybrid CTVs from Strategic Marine earlier this year

  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;

           UK based offshore wind services provider Purus has committed to contribute to the next generation battery hybrid service, operation, and transfer vessels to the sector. The order of the two Commissioning/Service Operation Vessels (C/SOVs) is part of Purus’s continued commitment to meet the needs of the clean energy industry as its members set out to decarbonize. 
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           The two C/SOVs are of VARD 4 19 design developed by Vard Design in Ålesund, Norway. Together with Purus the design is upgraded, and tailor made to give environmental benefits with a hull design optimized for low fuel consumption and resistance, as well as high operability and comfort. 
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           The battery hybrid system prepares the vessels to run with zero emission for periods. The vessels are prepared for charging at sea so they can be connected to the power grid in the wind farm/harbor to charge batteries regularly without having to go ashore. The goal is to power operations with a minimum of additional energy sources to secure environmental benefits. The project is awarded funding by the Norwegian Government’s Green Platform Initiative.
          &#xD;

  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
        
            ﻿

            The design is also prepared for future operation on methanol, providing an additional sustainable option to the operation.

           The C/SOVs are a highly versatile platform for all wind support operations, focusing on onboard logistics, comfort, large storage capacities and superior operability.

  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;

           The vessels will be equipped with VARD daughter SEAONICS’ Electric Controlled Motion Compensated (ECMC) crane, securing efficient handling operations for a sustainable future. This system allows for always keeping the load close to the crane tip from the deck level to the TP platform. The new and innovative crane ensures quick and safe cargo transfer.
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;

           The stepless walk-to-work-system is able to work with stepless access in a range from 15 to 30 meters above sea and is suitable for both personnel and cargo transfer.

  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;

           Damen Shipyards and offshore wind services provider Purus have signed a contract for the build and delivery of eight new vessels. Four Damen Fast Crew Supplier (FCS) 2710 Hybrid and three Damen FCS 3210 Hybrid Crew Transfer Vessels (CTVs) and one, 90-metre Construction Service Operation Vessel (CSOV). 
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           The FCS 3210s and the CSOV will not only be equipped for ultra-low emission operations, but they have also been designed to be upgraded to methanol-fuelled engines when the time comes. The order is part of Purus’s strategy to be a leading provider of low-carbon, offshore wind support vessels to meet the needs of the clean energy industry as its members set out to decarbonize.

           Crew Transfer Vessels

           The new Hybrid FCS 2710s will join the three other Hybrids that Purus ordered from Damen in the second half of 2022. In line with Damen’s commitment to continuous design improvement, they will be updated with the latest design adjustments such as an improved wheelhouse window arrangement and bridge console lay-out. The twin axe hull form ensures excellent stability and fuel economy as well as providing extensive deck space and accommodation. 
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;

           The larger FCS 3210s are a new design that use the same twin axe hull form and share many of the same attributes as the FCS 2710s. As with the new FCS 2710s, a hybrid battery package for zero-emissions sailing is integrated into the design. The greater length allows for additional space for crew and passengers, making it more comfortable during operations. Space is also reserved for possible conversion to methanol fuel. 
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;

           An exhaust gas aftertreatment system is included to ensure that the vessels are IMO Tier III compliant. The FCS 3210s are designed for longer distances serving wind parks further from shore and offer the possibility of staying longer at sea. Purus has contributed its operational experience to the design and engineering of the FCS 3210 from the outset to ensure that it sets a new level of capability for its class.

           The latest vessel in the 90-metre Damen C/SOV Series will be highly versatile and capable of carrying up to 120 persons in comfort for up to thirty days at a time. In addition to the diesel / electric propulsion system and battery array, innovative features include a hull design that is almost symmetrical fore and aft below the waterline, on which will be mounted Damen’s DPX-Drive. This has four identical thruster units – two forward and two aft - for highly precise manoeuvring and station keeping. 
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;

           Other features include excellent stability due to its design, which is further enhanced by a large anti-roll tank. A motion-compensated gangway and crane will also ensure smooth transfers of personnel and equipment. Like the CTVs, it has space reserved for additional battery capacity as and when it is required and will also be pre-prepared for both conversion to methanol engines and offshore charging.

           Strategic Marine has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Purus to build three Brevity-class Crew Transfer Vessels for the UK-based offshore vessel owner-operator.

    &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;

           The agreement binds the two parties to negotiations on a vessel building contract for the Chartwell Marine-designed 27m catamarans.
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           The Brevity-class designs, launched in June 2022, are specifically designed to meet the needs of the offshore wind support vessel market and Strategic Marine has previously committed to build three vessels with progressive deliveries from 2024.
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           The Brevity-class CTV is part of Chartwell Marine’s new offshore wind support vessel range and is specifically designed to meet the rigorous demands of the market. The high-powered CTV features enhanced manoeuvrability and stability due to its signature hull form optimisation. This also ensures cost-effective and low-emissions operation via its hybrid systems, a growing requirement of the offshore wind industry and marine decarbonisation efforts.
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;

           The vessel has a capacity of up to 32 personnel. Multiple crew configurations enable flexibility in space planning and enhance comfort and crew welfare during long offshore stays. In addition to the Chartwell Marine-designed vessels in its fleet, Purus’s choice to work with Strategic Marine on more newbuilds soon after signing a significant contract to build four hybrid CTVs shows its confidence in the company.

In January, Strategic Marine sealed a deal to build four hybrid CTVs for Purus with options for two more vessels.

           Purus has welcomed the arrival of its second UK- built hybrid-electric crew transfer vessel (CTV), HST Frances, at a ceremony attended by Nusrat Ghani MP, UK Minister of State (Dept. for Business and Trade and the Cabinet Office) and senior British maritime industry leaders. The event highlighted Britain’s role in pioneering low-carbon vessels to support domestic and global offshore wind operations.
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           HST Frances is Purus’s second hybrid electric CTV. The 25-metre vessels can carry 12-24 industrial personnel, and its hybrid electric propulsion system cuts fuel consumption by 30% compared to similar CTVs powered by diesel engines. This follows the delivery of HST Ella in 2021, the industry’s first vessel of this type and recipient of the 2022 ECMAs Green Technology Award. Both vessels were designed by UK naval architect Chartwell Marine and built at UK shipbuilder Diverse Marine on the Isle of Wight. The HST Frances will also be British crewed for domestic projects.

           Purus was the first company to provide near-zero emissions operations for offshore wind projects in the UK, Belgium, France and Germany, demonstrating the ability of British companies to compete in the international offshore wind market. In the UK, its fleet has supported windfarms including Moray East and East Anglia 1 for companies including Vestas &amp;amp; SGRE. Purus also provides commissioning/servicing (C/SOVs) to its offshore wind customers and as part of its ongoing expansion, plans to order another 4-8 C/SOVs.

Its UK personnel are ex-seafarers, Armed Forces veterans and university graduates in Swansea, Newcastle, East Anglia and London.

           Purus announced today the appointment of Pontus Berg as chief operating officer (“COO”), effective 1 February 2023.

  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;

           As COO, Mr. Berg will be responsible for overseeing commercial and technical management of its vessels and infrastructure equipment across the entire business. He will be based in the Company’s Singapore office.

  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;

           Mr. Berg brings 29 years of experience in the maritime industry in gas operations, shipbuilding and ship management. Before joining Purus, Mr. Berg was executive vice president, technical &amp;amp; operations, at BW LPG Ltd. in Singapore where he led a global team overseeing full fleet management and commercial operations, strategic technical &amp;amp; technological asset development, and was responsible for newbuilding and conversion programmes. Mr. Berg also held management positions at Greenship Gas, Evergas and Eitzen Gas.

           Purus and Nordic Hamburg have placed an order with Value Maritime for four emissions-reducing Filtree Systems, including Clean Loop System and 30% carbon capture. The systems will be installed on its four newbuild container vessels that will be operated by BG Freight Line.
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;

           The contract is a milestone for Value Maritime, being the first time the company’s revolutionary product has been ordered for installation on newbuild container vessels. The 12.5 MW systems will be delivered between September 2023 and February 2024 and will be installed at Value Maritime’s berth in Rotterdam.
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           The newbuild container vessels will be operated by BG Freight Line, who ordered two Filtree Systems with carbon capture for container vessels BG Onyx and BG Ruby earlier in 2022.
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           Cleaning air and water
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           The Filtree System is based on innovative technology that filters sulphur, CO
           &#xD;
      &lt;sub&gt;&#xD;
        
            2
           &#xD;
      &lt;/sub&gt;&#xD;
      
           and 99% of ultra-fine particulate matter from vessels’ exhaust streams. This will enable BG Freight Line to significantly reduce emissions while continuing to sail on high sulphur fuel that is both more cost-efficient and helps to reduce maintenance requirements. In this manner, the Filtree System offers a quick return on investment.
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;

           With the Clean Loop mechanism, the system is also able to filter oil residues and particulate matter from its own washing water, giving the water a neutral pH value, which contributes to reducing acidification of seas and rivers.
          &#xD;

  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;

           Carbon circle
          &#xD;

           The Filtree Systems that will be installed on the newbuild container vessels will additionally feature a modular CO

           capture and storage system. This innovative technology captures CO

           battery,” where it is stored and transported to shore. On shore, the CO

           is discharged for use, for example, in the agricultural industry, after which the battery is returned to the vessel to be recharged, thus representing a 100% circular solution.

           At the annual Damen Maritime Festival held in Gorinchem at Damen’s headquarters, offshore services provider Purus and Damen Shipyards announced that a contract has been signed for the supply of three new Fast Crew Suppliers 2710s.
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           The three vessels will be fitted with 190kW battery arrays that will enable them to operate emissions-free both when in harbour and when loitering offshore awaiting the retrieval of their technicians. In zero-emission mode, the vessels will be propelled by an electrical motor that is connected via the gearbox (PTI) to the propeller shaft. When sailing in diesel-mode, the electrical motors are able to work in reverse as PTO and can be used to charge the batteries and provide the hotel load for the vessel.
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;

           With the FCS 2710 Hybrids already in build at Damen Shipyards Antalya, Turkey, in anticipation of future demand, the delivery of all three will take place in early 2024. Purus will be closely involved throughout as a key part of the build team, with all involved working together to ensure their success. Once operational, the FCS 2710s will receive ongoing support and maintenance services from Damen’s service hub located at Portsmouth on the UK’s south coast, as part of Damen’s commitment to providing through-life support for its vessels. They will also be IMO Tier 3 compliant and feature all the latest upgrades made to the class based on customer feedback and technological advances.
          &#xD;

           The development and build of these innovative crew transfer vessels is a milestone in Damen’s goal of providing a full range of sustainable vessels to support the offshore clean energy sector. In order to meet market demand, Damen is also investing further in building additional stock vessels both at Damen Antalya in Turkey and in Damen Song Cam shipyards in Vietnam.

The vessels are expected to deliver in Q3 2024, directly into multi-year time charters with an energy major. The vessels were acquired in partnership with a leading ship manager, who will provide technical and commercial services for the vessels.

    &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;

           Purus today announced an agreement to acquire a large offshore wind construction/service operation vessel (“C/SOV”). The C/SOV is currently under construction and will deliver directly into a multi-year time charter with a leading European renewable energy company, beginning early 2022. The C/SOV is a hybrid-electric vessel that offers best-in-class environmental performance and is “zero emissions ready” with future larger battery/charging and fuel cell options. A leading Norwegian ship manager and owner will provide technical and commercial services for the C/SOV.
